LHQ Series Quiet Operation 3-Way Control Solenoid Valve

This small (7 mm), 3/2, quiet operation solenoid valve features technology that significantly reduces the actuation noise you typically hear when a solenoid valve is energized. The valve’s low sound profile (≤ 30 dB), low leakage, and high reliability (25 million cycles minimum), make it ideal for patient simulators and a variety of bedside pneumatic applications where actuation sound would otherwise interfere with comfort. Each valve is customizable and 100% tested to ensure performance.

Plug-In Configuration. With fluidic ports buried into the mating manifold, the plug-in-style reduces space and enables design flexibility for complex fluidic circuits where multiple valves are required in the smallest space possible. Plug one port and the valve will also act as 2-way normally open or closed valve.

1Several standard manifolds are available to ease prototype setup. They are available in mounting denominations of single valve (1x), three valves (3x) and eight valves (8x). Combine these denominations or plug unused ports to configure the setup for your specific application. Manifold part numbers include the manifold and secondary retention bracket only. All solenoid valves are sold separately. Alternate materials and customized manifold designs are available upon request.
