The 8.0mm Insert Flow Control Valves are, functionally, an orifice in parallel with a check valve, all in one 8.0mm diameter, cartridge-style package. These valves are threadless and designed for installation into metal manifolds. They utilize The Lee Companies field-proven insert principle that provides secure retention without the need for threads, O-rings or sealants. The valves are all stainless steel construction with a high-quality metal to metal seat providing highly repeatable cracking pressures and long life. All valves are 100% flow tested for consistent batch to batch performance.

The Lee Company has developed the Lohm Laws for defining and measuring resistance to fluid flow. The Lohm is defined such that 1 Lohm will flow 100 GPM of water with a pressure drop of 25 psi at a temperature of 80°F.
