What about your job is impactful to the success of The Lee Company?

I am responsible for making sure our most valuable assets, our employees, are compensated for their hard work.

What about your job makes you happy? What is most satisfying about working for The Lee Company?

I enjoy working with employees and supervisors across the different divisions of The Lee Company. It is motivating to feel that we are all working together towards the same goals.

ANDREA SCOTT

What is your job title?

Manufacturing Supervisor for Assembly, Restrictor Group

What about your job is impactful to the success of The Lee Company?

As Manufacturing Supervisor, I am driven to communicate and make my time here constructive, effective, and efficient. The Lee Company gives people the unique opportunity to learn about what we make and what it goes into. I am positioned to effectively lead assembly to successfully satisfy our customers with quality components and to deliver those components on time. In my position, I have the unique opportunity to mentor future men and women who will be in leadership roles here at The Lee Company.

What about your job makes you happy? What is most satisfying about working for The Lee Company?

I love the support we have at The Lee Company. From tuition reimbursement to on-site classes, we have a wonderful support system. We are constantly working on ourselves, and our processes, and we include everyone in that. We provide our customers with top-of-the-line products. We are constantly updating and taking care of our equipment. This company takes care of its people and makes sure they have everything they need on the job and at home (health insurance/retirement).

Assembly Supervisor, MDG Group

What about your job is impactful to the success of The Lee Company?

It is part of my job to mentor and develop the employees that report to me to reach their fullest potential.

What about your job makes you happy? What is most satisfying about working for The Lee Company?

It makes me happy to work for a company that is supportive and provides opportunities for growth for all its employees. I work with a group of talented and driven people. Together, we meet challenges and develop methods to overcome them. It is very satisfying at the end of the day to know you have a team all pulling in the same direction.

We deliver quality products to our customers throughout the world.

What about your job makes you happy? What is most satisfying about working for The Lee Company?

I like the product line that I work on. We make many components that go into medical devices that help improve others lives and others that are used in teaching and helping medical personnel.

Wendy Chaplinsky

What is your job title?

Production & Inventory Control Manager, IMH

What about your job is impactful to the success of The Lee Company?

Inventory control isn’t just about managing stock levels. It’s about managing costs, profit and keeping customers satisfied. All of these work together to grow the success of The Lee Company.

What about your job makes you happy? What is most satisfying about working for The Lee Company?

The best part of working at The Lee Company is the support I continually receive, every day. Co-workers are always willing to help out and my Managers have supported my growth within the division.
