We invest significantly in the technology used to fabricate, assemble, and test our parts. Over the years, we have built out substantial automation capabilities to ensure we remain on the cutting edge of the latest manufacturing techniques. We can control and manage issues quickly because we design and develop this automation equipment in-house. This helps to reduce the risk of downtime or delivery delay for customers who rely on our products for mission-critical applications. We can also scale our production capacity and build new production lines to meet changing demands. By performing rapid prototyping in-house, we are able to keep pace with customer project schedules and quickly deliver products they can test, allowing them to focus on system-level challenges instead of component-level problems.
We created the Industrial Microhydraulics (IMH) Division in 1991 to meet the high volume production rates, cost requirements, and unique performance demands of automotive, industrial, and medical applications. Using the design knowledge and attention to detail driven by our aerospace pedigree, we adapted our proven design concepts to create products that provide the same reliability and consistent performance in very high quantities. Lee components are made in the U.S. and are 100% functionally tested to guarantee performance throughout the life of the systems they are installed in. Each product is made within an efficient, automated manufacturing facility to the exacting standards of IATF 16949.
Always verify flow calculations by experiment.
