Also known as restrictor checks and flow controls, flow metering valves from The Lee Company are designed to add both flexibility and functionality to your product. By combining two products — an orifice either in parallel or in series with a check valve — into a single part, manufacturers can save space in cramped manifolds, while saving on costs as well. This cost savings comes with no decrease in quality, however. Each component is 100% tested for guaranteed long-lasting operation and the same consistent part-to-part performance and reliability offered by our check valve and flow restrictor product lines.

Insert Style Restrictor Check Valves

Insert style restrictor check valves are comprised of a precision flow orifice in series with a check valve, combined into a single component. Our insert style valves are designed for easy installation into metal housings using our field-proven locking end, which provides retention and a leak-tight seal without the use of threads, O-rings, or custom in-house designs. Their all stainless steel construction and high-quality metal-to-metal seat provide low leakage, long life, and highly repeatable cracking pressures. Meanwhile, each component is 100% flow tested for guaranteed flow performance. Our standard model is 5.5 mm in diameter and is available in a variety of Lohm rates as well as in both forward and reverse configurations. Screened models are also available.

Insert Style Flow Control Valves

Insert style flow control valves are comprised of a precision orifice in parallel with a check valve, combined into a single component. Each is designed for easy installation into metal housings using our field-proven locking end, which provides retention and a leak-tight seal without the use of threads, O-rings, or custom in-house designs. The all stainless steel construction and high-quality metal-to-metal seat results in a repeatable cracking pressure and long life. Each valve is 100% tested to ensure that all parts are within their flow tolerance. These valves are available as standard models in 5.5 mm and 8.0 mm diameter (which offers more free flow) envelopes. Each can be purchased in a variety of Lohm rates and in both forward and reverse configurations.

Press-In Style Restrictor Check Valves

Press-in style restrictor check valves are comprised of a precision flow orifice in series with a check valve, combined into a single component. Each is designed for easy installation into plastic housings, fittings, and tubing using our unique barbed design that ensures retention and eliminates bypass leakage. Similar to our insert style valve line, these valves are constructed from all stainless steel. Each component is 100% flow tested for guaranteed flow performance. Our standard model is 5.5 mm in diameter and can be purchased in a variety of Lohm rates.

Press-In Style Flow Control Valves

Press-in style flow control valves are comprised of a precision flow orifice in parallel with a check valve, combined into a single component. Each part is designed for easy installation into plastic housings, fittings, and tubing using our unique barbed design that ensures retention and eliminates bypass leakage. The press-in-style valves contain the same all-stainless-steel construction and high-quality metal-to-metal seat that provides repeatable cracking pressures and long life. Meanwhile, each component is 100% flow tested to ensure that all parts are within their flow tolerance. The Lee Company offers two standard models of flow control valves: 5.5 mm and 8.0 mm diameter (which offers more free flow) envelopes. Each model is available in a variety of Lohm rates.
