  1. FORM AND NATURE OF BUSINESS 
    The Lee Company is a Corporation, incorporated under the laws of the State of Connecticut, with sales offices in California, Texas, Florida, Michigan, Illinois, and wholly owned subsidiaries in England, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden, and Finland. Our principle business activity is manufacturing miniature flow control components. All manufacturing is done in Westbrook and Essex, CT. We do not have any plants located in Labor Surplus areas, as defined by DAR-1-801, or 41 CFR 1-1.801. The Lee Company is not a Hubzone Small Business Concern, not a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern, and not a Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern.
  2. AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PROGRAM
    The Lee Company is in compliance with and has furnished all reports, including Standard Form 100 (EEO-1), as required by Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1965, as amended, and any regulations issued there under.
  3. CERTIFICATION OF NON-SEGREGATED FACILITIES (41 CFR Section 12.803-10) 
    The Lee Company certifies that we do not and will not maintain or provide for our employees any segregated facilities at any of our establishments and that we do not and will not permit our employees to perform their services at any locations, under our control, where segregated facilities are maintained. We understand and agree that a breach of this certification is a violation of the Equal Opportunity Clause contained in a U.S. Government contract or subcontract.
  4. PREVIOUS CONTRACTS AND COMPLIANCE REPORTS
    The Lee Company represents that it has participated in a previous contract or subcontract subject either to the Equal Opportunity Clause or the clause originally contained in Section 301 of Executive Order No. 10925, or the clause contained in Section 201 of Executive Order No. 11114; and that it has filed all required compliance reports.
  5. CLEAN AIR AND WATER CERTIFICATION 
    The Lee Company certifies that our facility used in the performance of this proposed contract has not been listed on the Environmental Protection Agency list of Violating Facilities.
  6. DEBARMENT AND IMPROPER PAYMENTS 
    The Lee Company certifies that it has never been debarred nor is it suspended, proposed for debarment, or declared ineligible for award of contracts by any federal agency as stated in FAR 52.209.6. The Company further certifies that to the best of its knowledge and belief, no federal appropriated funds have been paid to influence to certain government officials to award or modify a federal contract as stated in FAR 52.202-11.
  7. BUSINESS SIZE
    The Lee Company is not minority or women owned, as defined by 13 CFR Section 121 and DAR-1-701. We do not qualify as a “small business” per SBA definitions. Our Federal Employer I.D. is 06-0639381. We operate under the following Federal ID Codes: 92555, ONZR4, 0S739, 7U055 and the following SIC Codes: 3724, 3728, 3769, and 3491.
  8. QUALITY ASSURANCE
    The Lee Company operates under three Quality Management Systems: Aerospace – AS 9100, ISO9001, AS/EN/JISQ9100, IMH – ISO/TS 16949, and EFS – ISO 9001.
  9. FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATIONS
    The Lee Company complies with FAR 52.22-38 and USERRA relating to Veteran's employment rights. The Lee Company complies with FAR 52.203-11 relating to payments to influence government action.
  10. PRICING
    The Lee Company sells many of its products to a large number of customers ("standard products") at prices that are consistent among all customers. Products of a unique design or performance ("special products") are sold to one customer (or its designee) at prices that are negotiated with that customer only.
  11. ITAR
    Export Compliance (ITAR – 22 CFR Parts 120-130, EAR – 15 CFR Parts 730-774) 

    The Lee Company certifies that it has completed registration with the U.S. Department of State in compliance with International Traffic In Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 CFR Part 122.1). The Lee Company's export compliance program is designed to meet the requirements of ITAR (U.S. Department of State) and EAR (U.S. Department of Commerce).
  12. DFARS
    The Lee Company complies with DFARS 252.225-7014 alt 1 (when applicable), relating to the use of domestic specialty metals.
  13. CONFLICT MINERALS
    The Lee Company is a privately held corporation and is not subject to Conflict Minerals reporting requirements directly; however, as a supplier to publicly traded companies, we are committed to helping our customers comply with their reporting requirements. In this regard, we have conducted a “Reasonable Country of Origin” inquiry process, as necessary, with our relevant suppliers. Based upon the information obtained in that inquiry process and, to the best of our knowledge and belief, the products that we have supplied to you do not contain Conflict Minerals.
